Recently, our country has been striving to move in positive direction when it comes to our energy sources. There have been movements supporting solar and wind power. Despite this, no major change has taken place. In part, this is caused by large corporations resisting the switch from fossil fuels to renewable energy. While it is natural to oppose changes as large as this, it is also important that all of us do our part to help our planet.
While our ultimate goal is 100% renewable, clean energy, for now we must focus on convincing our leaders that we need to make the switch from fossil fuels.
