Mr. Teofilo C. Viray holds the Assistant Principal and Management Committee Member position at St. Joseph’s Academy. At present, he is a Ph.D. candidate in Sociology in Organizational Development and Social System at Dela Salle University. He represented as a teacher delegate in the 24th United Nation Climate Change Conference of the Parties in Katowice, Poland. He is a Climate Reality Leader. His research focuses on human capital, new normal education, incivilities in the workplace, and gender studies in the academe. His co-authored publication in the field of online education includes: Trust in Pandemic-Induced Online Learning: Competitive Advantage of Closure and Reputation. He has published and presented his studies in the local and international fora in South Africa and Czech Republic.
