• The morning run will take place from 8 to 10 a.m.
• The less strenuous hike will take place from 9 a.m. to noon.

The run will take participants along Ponders Road Trail (4 miles), while the hike meanders through various parts of the preserve along several trails to showcase restoration techniques TNC has utilized in Delaware.
